Hello new and returning families!

Here is a little bit of information in regards to how the season goes-

Practice will start July 8th 2025, they will be from Tuesday through Thursday 6 to 8:30pm. Starting July14th, 2025 through August 7th, 2025 practice will be Monday through Thursday 6pm to 8:30pm.  On August 11th, 2025  practice will then go from Tuesday through Thursday 6 to 8pm. 

 *What is needed for practice? 
Football: Cleats, athletic shorts, white integrated practice pants, mouth piece and a large gallon water bottle is recommend - it gets hot the first few weeks.
Cheer: Athletic shoes, T-shirt or tank top and athletic shorts NO spanks no sports bra for tops. They will receive practice wear (T-shirt and Tank or shorts) this will depend on shipments. Please send your athlete with a large gallon water bottle is suggested.

The season lasts from middle of July through mid November. 
Game Day Uniforms-
Football: Jr Vikings will supply helmet, shoulder pads, and uniform. Parents are responsible for cleats, socks, mouth piece and water. 
Cheer: Included in cheer cost is the cheer uniform, game day bow and shoes - Jr Vikings will supply poms - Parents are responsible for no show socks and water.
