First day of practice, starts at 5:30- Football needs cleats athletic shorts and breathable top PLENTY of water
Please be sure to have physicals done before arriving to practice
Cheer- Tennis shoes - short- Tshirt or tank top PLENTY of water

We will hold cheer fitting at Bidwell Jr High MPR (look for balloons) on Sunday June 12th.
8U 11am - 11:45
10U 11:45
12U 12:30
14U 1 pm
** Cheer uniform fee must be paid by the 12th
Please wear dry bathing suit, or spandex and sports bra
